Cancellation & Refund Policy

 
  • A booking is a contract

  • A minimum booking fee of $100.00 applies to all bookings

  • A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been paid

  • Peak season rates are from the 20st of December to the 14th of January

  • Booking deposits for cabins and tourist flats over the peak season and over long weekends are non-refundable

  • Booking deposits for all tent sites (powered and/or non-powered) during the peak season and over long weekends are non-refundable

  • Deposits over the Christmas season are refundable up to the 1st of October, but a $50.00 booking fee and 10% of the total cost of booking applies

  • The peak season we have a minimum of 5 nights’ stay

  • An automatic surcharge of 2.5% will be added to all credit card users.

  • No refunds are given for early departure on booked dates

  • Weather conditions are a part of camping so please come prepared

  • Refunds due to adverse weather conditions are at the discretion of camp management

  • Camp management retain the right to alter cabin and site arrangement

  • A child is classed from 1 year of age

  • An adult is classed from 15 years of age and over
